Welcome Ministry

“Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.” - Romans 15:7

Visitors come through our church doors every weekend. We want them to feel welcome in our church from the moment they walk in. Our Welcome Ministry is the first hand that extends this authentic human warmth to our visitors and congregants, making sure they feel valued and cared for right away. Those who participate in this ministry bring life to the Traditional and Crossroads Service atmospheres so people can connect before and after services. The servants in this ministry greet our visitors, direct people to the sanctuary for before-church fellowship, help guide people to Sunday school class rooms, hand deliver families with children to their appropriate locations, and follow up during the week with each new family. The welcome ministry includes Ushers, Greeters, and the Welcome Coordinator.
