Children's Ministry

Our Children’s Ministry seeks to partner with families to meet the spiritual needs of Children from birth through fifth grade.  We seek to assist families as they guide their children in all areas of development so that they will know Christ and have a personal relationship with Him.

Our children’s ministry strives to GLORIFY God. We:

  • Grow families in the knowledge of Christ that they may more confidently meet the spiritual needs of their children
  • Love children in a safe environment that provides age-appropriate Bible study and models Christ's love
  • Open hearts and minds to the needs of others
  • Recruit, train, and support teachers, mentors, and volunteers who impact children in their walk with Christ
  • Involve children in worship through prayer, music, stewardship, and study of the Scriptures
  • Furnish fun activities that reinforce family bonds and friendships while being spiritually enriching and honoring to God
  • Yearn for God's direction as we minister to the spiritual, mental, social, physical, and emotional needs of His children

Youth Ministry

Our youth ministry is made up of a group of students in grades 6-12, their parents, and adult volunteers and staff that lead our students to allow Jesus Christ to change their lives, their friends' lives, and the world. They accomplish this goal through Bible study, discipleship, worship, prayer, and missions training. Our youth are encouraged to spend time daily in personal prayer and Bible study. Group Bible studies take place on Sunday mornings, Sunday evenings, and mid-week. Recreation and worship are part of our youth meetings, with several special youth-led worship services each year. Missions projects include on-going community ministries as well as short-term state, national, and international projects to Lynchburg, Trenton, NJ, and Haiti.  We welcome you to join our church family!
